Olivet Assembly of Zambia Revival church’s 20 members joined Sunday service on 13th June. Brother Thomson gave a Bible study from Isaiah 53:6 titled, “Jesus Is Our Sin Bearer,” and Brother Matthews shared the main sermon from Luke 8:23-25, “Trust In God.”
Thomson shared, “We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Jesus himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness, by His wounds you have been healed.”
Matthews shared the following: As we are living on this earth, temptation and test come, but we need to believe in the Lord Jesus. We need to put God first in our lives. For we are convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. As Christians, we need to suffer for the sake of Christ.
