OFA begins Prayer Meeting, Exhort Members to be a Brother’s Keeper

Olivet Fellowship Africa(OFA) has organized a weekly online prayer meeting for all members across the parachurch. On Sunday 11th, they held their first meeting after Easter and members were exhorted to be the brother’s keeper. The program aims at bolstering unity and oneness among the Fellowships as well as encouraging and strengthening the leaders and members

In his remark, the acting representative shared that, “We want to thank everyone that attended tonight’s fellowship and prayer meeting. The message focused on calling everyone to be our brothers’ keeper. Living in love we can care for our brothers and sisters that are lost and are in darkness. We can pray for them more, we can go out to evangelize with the heart of love and we can truly share the grace and love of God that we have received”.

There were also prayers directed to the leaders, that God can give them wisdom, strength, and courage to carry on with the work given to them and not lose heart and hope. The members were prayed that they may grow and experience deeper the love and the grace of God. As Jesus called us to be one as He and the Father are one, through love we can also be united.

So, we hope everyone (members and leaders of all fellowships) can join us at the next meetings. Let’s be united as we walk towards Pentecost living in love, studying the Bible, and praying together so that we can experience the power of God through the Holy Spirit, he concluded.
