Kitwe Gratia church members and leaders gathered at Mrs. Exildah’s house. The attendance was 12 people. Pastor Peter shared the message from Hebrews 9:12 which says, ″when Christ has gone through the tent and enter once and for all into the holiest place, he did not take the blood of goats and bulls to offer as a sacrifice; rather, he took his own blood and obtained eternal salvation for us. ″
Pastor Peter talked about eternal life. God portrayed our judgment because he has executed total judgment for our sins upon his son in accordance with his righteousness. And because of this, we will never come into judgment for sin again, as it is stated in John 5:24, ” most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears my word and believe in me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life′’.
He also explained about our salvation. Our salvation did not begin with our decision to follow Christ. It stretches from the eternal past to the eternal future, “for whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover, whom He predestined, these he also called; whom He called, these he also justified and these he also glorified”.
